We are currently looking for a Help Desk employee for our growing company Findus PropTech. We are developing an app that will revolutionize the real estate market for owners. The successful candidate will play an important role in our growing company and help us deliver an outstanding customer experience to our clients.

Your tasks
- Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and chat about our products and services
- Diagnosing and resolving technical issues, including working with our technical support team as needed
- Capturing and tracking customer inquiries in our CRM system
- Assist in identifying trends and issues that lead to recurring support requests and work with other departments to resolve them
Your profile
- Completed training or degree in computer science or a related discipline
- Experience in customer support or a similar position
- Excellent knowledge in troubleshooting skills for software and hardware issues
- Strong communication skills to convey complex technical information in a clear and understandable manner
- Knowledge of the real estate industry is a plus
- Experience with CRM systems and support tools
